Meet Osay Eniye,

A woman of faith committed to dismantling the cycles that keep women bound by a lack of economic mobility, struggling with identity, trauma, rejection, and abandonment. She is called to the women who have been overlooked, abused, or silenced.

Osay believes that true success, leadership, and authority begin with women and flow from them into families, communities, and generations. Women carry the capacity to birth humans, ideas, and legacies, and she is devoted to equipping them to rise and walk boldly in their assignments. She also believes real estate is a powerful tool to break economic barriers for women, creating a sustainable impact that restores dignity and opportunity. With healing of the mind, body, soul, and spirit, Osay has fully committed her life to serving women and advocating for the voices of the muted.

A visionary leader, servant-leadership strategist, business development consultant, speaker, restoration advocate, and author, Osay is the Founder of Tested to Testify, as well as multiple companies that partner with the nonprofit to fulfill its mission. She also leads her personal brand, Osay Eniye Impacts. Through these platforms, she stewards powerful conferences, workshops, books, and transformational experiences that shift people out of survival and into purpose.

  Restoration: is the heartbeat of her ministry. Through Tested to Testify, The Warrior Community, and The Wives Intercession Circle, she cultivates safe spaces for women to heal emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically, empowering them to lead from a place of wholeness.

  Development: is expressed through her vision of creating low-income housing for women in transition, mental health clinics, schools, and rehabilitation centers, breaking cycles of poverty and lack of resources for families and women.
